The needle roller guide EXRAIL is a new-generation linear guide that uses needle rollers for rolling elements to achieve high rigidity, high motion accuracy and high damping performance. NB SLIDE GUIDE / LINEAR GUIDES

NB BALL SPLINE,NB BALL SCREW SPLINE/BALL SPLINES
The ball spline, a mechanism in which a steel ball rolls on a rolling groove, can apply radial load and torque at the same time. The rotary ball spline is a new mechanism that can simultaneously perform linear and rotational motion and is used in SCARA-type robots, vertical shafts of assembly machines, loaders, etc.

NB Slideways are cross roller guides, which are non-circulating linear motion guides with precision rollers, provide high precision and a minimum coefficient of friction and are highly effective as components in cutting-edge fields of mechatronics. We also offer a wide variety of cross roller guides, including cross roller guides incorporated between the table and bed, and gonioways with standardized cross roller guides in a curved shape.
NB ACTUATOR / LINEAR STAGES
The U-shaped linear guide rail with a linear guide block inside that functions as both a linear guide block and a ball screw nut that enables a significant reduction in space compared to conventional linear stages.
NB POSITIONING TABLE
The NB Positioning Table is a general-purpose precision positioning table with a pulse motor drive system for high-speed, high-precision positioning. The NB SLIDE WAY (NCT type), NB SLIDE UNIT (NSL type), and NB SLIDE GUIDE (NPT, NBL, and NBN types) are used as guides, and precision ball screws are used for the transmission mechanism to ensure stable accuracy from high speed to low speed. In addition to standard specifications, we can also accommodate special specifications to suit space, equipment, and specifications in a wide range of applications, including mechatronics
NB SLIDE SCREW
The NB SLIDE SCREW is a unique drive unit that effectively utilizes the friction between the radial ball bearing and the shaft to convert rotational motion into linear motion. The simple mechanism allows for easy maintenance and installation. Although it may be difficult to pursue accurate positioning, the NB SLIDE SCREW can be used in the conveying sections of various types of equipment by fully utilizing its inherent characteristics.
