Features

We have developed the advanced machining and hardening technologies cultivated through the machining of slide shafts as the inner ring of bushings into rotary motion, and are capable of machining all types of shafts, from spindle shafts and roll shafts to shafts for general machinery.

Advanced processing technology

Our long-accumulated machining technologies enable us to perform a wide range of high-precision machining, from simple machining such as step, screw, and tap processing to those requiring advanced machining technologies such as spindles and high-speed rotary axes. We can also handle long grinding and drilling.

Excellent abrasion resistance

NB's superior heat treatment technology has realized a uniform and even hardened layer in both the circumferential and axial directions. (See photo).

Surface roughness

Surface roughness of 0.4 Ra or less is achieved by precision grinding.

FIT Series

By adjusting the radial clearance between the NB slide bushing and slide shaft through precision grinding, the NB slide bushing and slide shaft can achieve smooth linear motion with minimal rattling.

Freedom S

Freedom S is a shaft with standardized and coded materials and shapes. No drawings are required at the time of arrangement, and quick delivery is possible.
