STROKE BUSH

SR TYPE

In addition to linear motion, it can rotate compactly, and can withstand large loads. The wear-resistant cage is made of light alloy and can smoothly follow high-speed and high acceleration/deceleration movements.

STROKE BUSH

Features

The NB STROKE BUSH has a structure in which a cage with balls machined to be arranged in a staggered pattern is inserted inside a precisely ground and finished outer ring and the balls in the cage's machined holes rotate smoothly. Because the balls are in separate holes, smooth motion is possible regardless of whether the outer ring rotates or moves in a linear reciprocating motion. However, in linear motion, the retainer moves only 1/2 the length of the motion. Therefore, the linear travel stroke is limited to twice the range within which the retainer can move inside the outer sleeve. In the normal case, it is recommended that 80% of the maximum stroke in the dimension table be used as the travel.

High precision

The outer ring is made of high-carbon chromium bearing steel and is quenched and ground to ensure sufficient rigidity and a high-precision finish.

Easy installation and replacement

The NB stroke bushings are finished to uniform dimensions by adequate precision control, and are easy to install in housings and replace parts.

Lightweight, space-saving

The use of an aluminum alloy for the retainer and thin-walled outer ring makes it a lightweight, space-saving product.

Lubrication

The oil groove on the outer diameter of the outer ring always has a single oil hole for easy oil supply design.
