Features
The NB Miniature Slide is a linear motion bearing that uses balls as rolling elements, yet has an ultra-compact design, contributing to downsizing and weight reduction of all kinds of industrial machinery and equipment.
Ultra compact design
The table height is 3.2 to 4.5 mm and the width is 6 to 12 mm, making it more compact than conventional slide tables and enabling downsizing of machines and equipment.
Low friction, Low noise
Since the rolling elements do not circulate, fluctuations in frictional resistance are minimized, resulting in highly accurate and smooth operation. The use of a cage eliminates contact noise between the rolling elements, resulting in quiet operation.
High precision
The two rows of raceway grooves on the table and bed are each ground at the same time, resulting in high-precision, smooth linear motion with minimal machining error.
All stainless steel
Since only stainless steel components are used, it has excellent corrosion and heat resistance, making it ideal for vacuum, clean room, and other environments.
